Are you are a tour operator and you want to operate motorcycle tours in East Africa we can help you set this up.

MOTORCYCLES

We have our own fleet of well maintained Kibo 250cc in Nairobi, XR 250cc / Haojin Haw 200cc bikes Kigali and Kibo 250cc Arusha.

You can rent our bikes for your tours, however we do not need rent them out for grouptours without one of our mechanic going on tour with you.

For grouptours we have attractive rates per bike per day.

MECHANIC

We have a small team of dedicated mechanics to join grouptours. The mechanic can join the tour on one of our bikes or can seat in the support car. If the mechanic follows the group in the car, he will be a spare rider at the same time. If one of your rider is not feeling well for example he/she can sit in the car and the mechanic can ride his/her bike. Our mechanics do all speak proper English and are used to working with foreigners.

The mechanic on tour will repair technical issues on the way and will also service the bikes daily on arrival at the hotel.

SUPPORT CAR

You can choose the have a supportcar on the tour with you. The support car can carry the luggage of the riders as well as the spareparts and tools for mechanical support.

We have our own trained drivers who know how the grouptour system works and know how to be of service. The support cars we use can be 4×4 landcruisers but also 4×4 tourist vans, which can also be used to enter national parks.

In Kenya we have male and female support car drivers available.

INTERNATIONAL TOUR LEADERS

As a touroperator you may want to send your own tourleaders on tour. However we can also supply you with our own international experienced tour leaders. Our international tourleaders speak English, German and Dutch. Some speak Spanish too.

LOCAL GUIDES

We have a dedicated group of trained local guides. Most of our guides are also well skilled mechanics. They know the country they work in very well and know how to guide small motorcycle groups. As a tour operator you can choose to take on of our guides on tour with you. You can also choose to let our local guide be the guide of your tour if the groups is too small to send your own tour leader over.

HOTEL BOOKINGS

We know it is not always easy to get a good oversight on which hotels are best to book in which location and also it can be a challenge to book and pay them in time, especially in Africa. We can help you our on this part of the touroperation, if this will be helpful to you. We know most hotels, have good rates and have easy ways to book and pay them. We can also just advice you on the best options for your tour.

ROUTE ADVICE

As you may understand we know East Africa very well. We have spent years riding main roads, small road and a lot of single tracks. We can easily advice you on routes that fit your tourconcept. Apart from the routing itself we offcourse can also advice you on the itinerary you want to develop.

GPS TRACKS

We have a very large database of tracks throughout East Africa. We can compile the gps tracks for your itinerary and routes. This can be of great support of your tourleader and crew. We can supply a gpx files that contain the tracks, of several options per route, as wel as the hotel locations.
